Thunchan Gurumadom is a traditional two-storeyed building where Guru Thunchathu Ezhuthachan, the father of Malayalam language resided in the closing years of his life. It is believed that Thunchathu Ezhuthachan underwent Samadhi in this building. A portrait of Thunchathu Ezhuthachan is displayed in this building. It is constructed like an agrahara in front of the Sri Rama temple at Chittoor. The building is owned and managed by the N.S.S Karayogam of the same locality.
