4. To determine the archaeological value of an object.
5. When a monument is being filmed or photographed.
6. When a license is required to excavate or construct in a restricted area.
7. When moving historical remains from one place to another.
8. When dismantling structures in an archaeologically protected area.
9. To enter a monument.
10. To conduct meetings in a monument.
11. To conduct a survey on archaeological objects or historical monuments.
12. Restoration of historical structures.
