The Sub Registrar Office Building adjacent to the Taluk Office Building (the old Cutcherry Building where the revenue duties were transacted) at Thirurangadi was also built during the colonial reign in Malabar. This building was used as a bungalow during that period. This single-storey structure built of dressed laterite stones with unplastered walls faces the north.
