The Pushpanjali Swamiyar Madam is the residence of the Pushpanjali Swamiyar of the Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple. The Pushpanjali Swamiyar has certain privileges. The governing body of the Padmanabha Swamy Temple, called Ettarayogam, holds its sessions only in the presence of the Pushpanjali Swamiyar. Traditionally, only the Swamiyars of Naduvil Madam and Munchira Madam had the right to perform Pushpanjali to Sri Padmanabha. Naduvil Madam at Thrissur, is one of the ancient South Indian madams that propagated Adwaita. The Pushpanjali Swamiyar Madam is a two storey structure located on the western side of the Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple.
