The Menhir at Thirunakkara is a laterite stone standing upright at the centre of the road near the Thirunakkara Sree Mahadevar Temple in Kottayam Town. This laterite monument measures 6 feet in height and 2 feet in width. People call this stone rudrakshasila, veerasila, and thirunakkarakkallu and connect it to Lord Siva, the chief deity of the Thirunakkara Temple.
