Notification Year: 2012

This beautiful temple complex is situated at Eravimangalam, 4 km southeast of Perinthalmanna. This sandhara-type temple has a square dwithala vimana. The adhishtana is made of granite. The walls built with fine laterite stones have lime plastering. Artistically carved panjara and torana frames ornate the walls. Subrahmanya Swamy, the chief deity of this temple, faces the east. The two hands of this sthanakamurthy (deity in standing posture) are in abhaya and varada poses. The mural paintings that once adorned the walls were completely lost. Dwarapalakas in granite have been damaged considerably. There is a granite slab with the Vattezhuthu Inscription preserved in this temple.
